The situation
PT Adhi Karya runs its operations on SAP, alongside PostgreSQL databases and manual Excel files. Management wanted dashboards, and dashboards needed a data warehouse able to hold 7 years of SAP data, growing about 13% a year.
What we did
Insignia built a pipeline that pulls SAP, PostgreSQL and Excel data into 1 cloud data warehouse of about 62 million rows, then put embedded dashboards and predictive machine-learning models on top.
The result
Adhi Karya's management now reads more than 30 dashboards across Operational Control, Finance and Accounting, all drawing on 1 warehouse instead of separate systems and spreadsheets. Predictive models run on the same data.
