The situation
An agribusiness group kept its data across separate systems and business units, split between cloud and on-premises. With little traceability, reporting was hard to trust and sustainability work was held back. Operations could not stop for a migration.
What we did
Insignia built a new cloud data platform alongside the old one, with ingestion, governance and validation in place. It checked the new platform against legacy in parallel, then cut over in 1 controlled step, with monitoring and rollback ready.

The group moved its data onto 1 cloud platform, with governance and validation built in. Its end users saw zero downtime during the switch.
