Telkomsel's GraPARI, shrunk into a robot.

The situation

Every GraPARI customer service outlet costs Telkomsel a lot to open and run. Those costs limited how far the network could grow, leaving service gaps even in established locations.

What we did

SALT built a fully automated customer service robot that works as a mini GraPARI. It draws on a live mobile knowledge base, adapts to each customer, and connects to human staff by virtual call. It deploys within 1 day.

The result

Robotic service points replaced high-cost outlets with always-on support, reducing overhead. Customers can still reach a human agent by virtual call.
